Your data serves you. Not a category report.
For the Profit Audit we ask for three months of orders (Shopify or Woo), one channel’s campaign-level ad summary (usually Meta — not click-level), and a rough product-cost % if you have it. If you skip cost, we run break-even COGS instead: the % of revenue at which you stop losing money. We use only what you send, for your brand’s numbers.
We do not ask for ad-account passwords on first contact. We do not sell your data. We do not pool it into a public benchmark. Files stay on our VPS for the audit; if you want them deleted after, write to sree.somayajula@twarna.com and we will.
The request form on this site sends us your name, work email, brand, spend, and note. If we email you a private upload link, the CSV you drop there is stored on our VPS for your audit only. Until you send a file, we only have what you typed.
